Jeff Bates - of counsel
Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and a Masters Degree in International Politics from Lancaster University in Lancaster, England and studied law at The University of Houston and Vanderbilt Law School.  Jeff was admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas in 1981 and is licensed in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of Texas.  Jeff is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law and is a member of the Nacogdoches County Bar Association and State Bar of Texas.

Wesley Hoyt
Wesley received his undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University after serving in the United States Army and graduated from Texas Southern University Law School in 1978.  Wesley is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  Wesley has worked in various private practices, served as the Assistant District Attorney for Angelina County for many years and as the San Augustine County Attorney since 2008.  He is a member of the Nacogdoches County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas
